In summer in the mountains you can practice all disciplines, it is a huge natural gym and perfect for sports fans.<\/p>\n
In sports centers you can play tennis, basketball, mini golf, archery, while in the riding centers will give you the opportunity to spend wonderful days in the open air, as well as the cycle path winds along the river Noce.
\nTry canyoning, canoeing, rafting. Those who prefer walking, in addition to hiking on guided trails can try their hand at Nordic walking. And for the little ones there are adventure parks and excursions.<\/p>\n
In winter, the opportunities are many and skiing is one of these. There are different ways of skiing: cross country skiing, downhill skiing, snowboarding and alpine skiing. The most traditional are snowshoeing (snowshoes), Nordic walking, ice skating, horseback riding (ride on a sleigh pulled by horses).
